The woman is "action speaks louder than words", cheerful, optimistic and always brings laughter to everyone. Ms. Ha - the nurse has been at CICT since the first days of company. Ms. Ha often humorously shares: "The medical work at CICT is basically idle, always looking forward to a sinecure, but get salary evenly".

Ms. Ha is very humble. For her, CICT staffs and customers working at the port are always healthy and must not meet her at Medical Office stationed at the port, that is her greatest joy at work.

By the encouragement and concern about medical and health of CICT's BOD, Ms. Ha has always done well in primary health care, monitored and planned periodic health check-ups for each CICT staff, perform first aid to ensure a timely response in all cases.

As a seaport service business with many partners and customers from countries around the world, therefore, prevention and control of Covid-19 at CICT always must be strictly implemented. After the hard year 2020, Ms. Ha and CICT's safety department had to "stretch" to ensure the health and safety of the staffs and customers working at the port by constantly reminded and urged all staffs seriously implemented "5K" as recommended by the Ministry of Health; perform temperature measurements for all employees and customers go in/out of the port.

Ms. Ha believes that ensuring the health of CICT officers and workers in the complicated epidemic period is a decisive condition to help stabilize the production and business of the company. She also emphasizes professional ethics, constantly learning to improve her expertise so that CICT's health care is always a reliable place for health care of all staffs and customers working at CICT.
